Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection & Processing

As a B2B platform, we prioritize data minimization and security. We collect the following categories of data to provide and improve the Service:

• User Content: Files and documents you upload for processing via our UI or API.
• Account Information: Name, email address, company details, and API usage metrics.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, latency metrics, and error logs necessary for debugging and maintaining our SLA.

2. Ephemeral Storage Policy

We operate under a strict zero-retention philosophy for user files. All files uploaded to NexusConvert are temporarily stored in isolated, encrypted containers solely for the duration of the conversion process. Once the conversion is completed and delivered to the client, the original and converted files are permanently and automatically wiped from our disk clusters within a maximum of 1 hour. We do NOT use your private files to train AI models.

3. Data Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest (such as your account details and billing logs) is encrypted using AES-256. We employ automated vulnerability scanning, strict role-based access control (RBAC) for our engineers, and isolated VPCs for our conversion workers.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors

We partner with industry-leading subprocessors to deliver the Service. These include cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare) and payment gateways (Paddle). We ensure all subprocessors comply with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2 standards.
